【摘要】:1Thisstandarddealswiththeelectromagneticimmunityofappliancesandsimilarapparatusforhouseholdandsimilarpurposesthatuseelectricity,aswellaselectrictoysandelectrictools,theratedvoltageoftheapparatusbeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseapparatustobeconnectedtophaseandneutral,and480Vforotherapparatus.Apparatusmayincorporatemotors,heatingelementsortheircombination,maycontainelectricorelectroniccircuitry,andmaybepoweredbythemains,bybatteries,orbyanyotherelectricalpowersource.Apparatusnotintendedforhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmayrequiretheimmunitylevel,suchasapparatusintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard,asfarastheyareincludedinCISPR14,andinaddition:-microwaveovensfordomesticuseandcatering;-cookinghobsandcookingovens,heatedbymeansofr.f.energy,(single-andmultiple-zone)inductioncookingappliances;-UVandIRradiatorsforpersonalcare.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-equipmentforlightingpurposes;-apparatusdesignedexclusivelyforheavyindustrialpurposes;-apparatusintendedtobepartofthefixedelectricalinstallationofbuildings(suchasfuses,circuitbreakers,cablesandswitches);-apparatusintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialelectromagneticconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofhighe.m.fields(forexampleinthevicinityofabroadcasttransmittingstation),orwherehighpulsesoccuronthepowernetwork(suchasinapowergeneratorstation);-radioandtelevisionreceivers,audioandvideoequipment,andelectronicmusicinstruments;-medicalelectricalappliances;-personalcomputersandsimilarequipment;-radiotransmitters;-apparatusdesignedtobeusedexclusivelyinvehicles.3Immunityrequirementsinthefrequencyrange0Hzto400GHzarecovered.4Theeffectsofelectromagneticphenomenarelatingtothesafetyofapparatusareexcludedfromthisstandardandarecoveredbyotherstandards,forexampleIEC335.Abnormaloperationoftheapparatus(suchassimulatedfaultsintheelectriccircuitryfortestingpurposes)isnottakenintoconsideration.NOTE-Attentionisdrawntothefactthatadditionalrequirementsmaybenecessaryforapparatusintendedtobeusedonboardshipsoraircraft.5Theobjectofthisstandardistospecifytheimmunityrequirementsforapparatusdefinedinthescopeinrelationtocontinuousandtransient,conductedandradiatedelectromagneticdisturbances,includingelectrostaticdischarges.Theserequirementsrepresentessentialelectromagneticcompatibilityimmunityrequirements.NOTE-Inspecialcasessituationswillarisewherethelevelofdisturbancesmayexceedthetestvaluesspecifiedinthisstandard,intheseinstancesspecialmitigationmeasuremayhavetobeemployed.
