【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthelaboratoryprocedurefordeterminingtherelativemileageofnewsinksonnewsprint.Thetestmethodutilizesaproofingpress,analyticalbalanceandareflectiondensitometer.1.2Thistestmethodisintendedforblackoil-basednewsinksthatdrybypenetration(thatis,letterpressorweboffset)andforwhichasuitablereferencestandardisavailable.Withappropriateopticalinstrumentation,itisalsoapplicabletocolorednewsinks.1.3Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtodeterminetherelativeinkreceptivityoftestnewsprintsversusareferencestandard.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thistestmethoddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
