【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforcorrosion-resistantalloyseamlesstubularsforcasing,tubingandcouplingstockfortwoproductspecificationlevels:--PSL-1,whichisthebasisofthisInternationalStandard;--PSL-2,whichprovidesadditionalrequirementsforaproductthatisintendedtobebothcorrosionresistantandcrackingresistantfortheenvironmentsandqualificationmethodspecifiedinISO15156-3andAnnexGofthisInternationalStandard.Attheoptionofthemanufacturer,PSL-2productscanbeprovidedinlieuofPSL-I.NOTE1Thecorrosion-resistantalloysincludedinthisInternationalStandardarespecialalloysinaccordancewithISO4948-1andISO4948-2.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothefollowingfourgroupsofproduct:a)group1,whichiscomprisedofstainlessalloyswithamartensiticormartensitic/ferriticstructure;b)group2,whichiscomprisedofstainlessalloyswithaferritic-austeniticstructure,suchasduplexandsuper-duplexstainlessalloy;c)group3,whichiscomprisedofstainlessalloyswithanausteniticstructure(ironbase);d)group4,whichiscomprisedofnickel-basedalloyswithanausteniticstructure(nickelbase).ThisInternationalStandardcontainsnoprovisionsrelatingtotheconnectionofindividuallengthsofpipe.NOTE2TheconnectionorjoiningmethodcaninfluencethecorrosionperformanceofthematerialsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.NOTE3ItisnecessarytorecognizethatnotallPSL-1categoriesandgradescanbemadecrackingresistantperISO15156-3andare,therefore,notincludedinPSL-2.
