【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesatestmethodtodetermineabilityofacuredadhesive(possiblywithaprimer)toadheretoasubstratewhichhashadacertainsurfacefinishorwithaspecificsurfacepreparationbyusingthe"threepointbendingmethod".Itisonlyusedforqualityassuranceandthesubstrateshouldberigidorresistantenoughtobendingsuchassteeloraluminiumalloys.Forothersubstratesthethicknessshouldbeadjustedtothemodulusofelasticityorasuitablestiffenershouldbeused.Theadhesiveshouldbepolymerisable(curable)withoutpressureinordertoobtainthethicknessneededtoprovidesufficientrigidity,otherwise,abondedreinforcingpieceofthesametypeandsamethicknessasthesubstratecanbesubstitutedfortheblocofadhesive.Itisnotsuitableforfilmadhesives.
